DrawSquare is run by a sole trader in Perth, Western Australia (ABN 26 307 221 369). Contact: favsupport@gmail.com.
When you claim a square you get the right to have your drawing shown on that square of DrawSquare for as long as DrawSquare is online. You don't buy a physical object, a domain, or a share of the site.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert this to your own currency. Each square shows its starting price before you pay, and you choose the final amount at or above it. Squares near the starting view are prime spots and start between $2 and $5; the rest start at $1. Each extra square you claim starts $5 higher than your last. Any amount above the starting price is a voluntary choice and is treated the same as the rest of the payment. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Squares paid at $100 or more get a shining gold ribbon on their corner when seen on the planet. The ten highest-paid squares are listed in the Most valuable list. You can hide the amount you paid; the ribbon still shows.
No advertising (handles, links, page names, phone numbers, promotions), no insults, hate, sexual content, other people's private information, or anything illegal. Don't draw things you don't have the right to use, like someone else's logo or artwork.
We can remove any square that breaks these rules. If we remove a square because it broke the rules, that payment is not refunded. Squares can be reported by anyone and are reviewed by the admin.
You keep ownership of what you draw. You let DrawSquare show, store and share it (for example in screenshots and promotion of the site).
If 20 new people visit DrawSquare through your link, you can draw one free square in the $1 area, once. Fake or duplicate accounts don't count, and we can cancel the reward if we see abuse.
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sold you doesn't work as promised, contact us and we'll make it right.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Your drawings, the name you show with them and when you made them, a random ID stored in your browser, who invited you, and reports you send. To stop people abusing the invite reward, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself.
Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number. Stripe keeps a record of the payment, including your email if you give it to them.
We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising trackers.
Drawings stay as long as the site is online. Scrambled IP addresses are kept for up to 12 months.
You can ask us to remove your drawing or the data linked to you by emailing favsupport@gmail.com.
After this your square stays exactly like this, for good.
